All of products are made at our factory in Los Angeles and nothing is sourced from outside our company. We have full control of the assembly of our product and only purchase the finest quality fabrics, snaps, zippers and trims. We have an individual team of quality control personal that put your child's comfort and safety as our highest priority.

What is Charm'd Kids, Mad Boy and Barn Organics return Policy?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we are proud of our commitment to our product and our strong customer base. We stand behind our product completely and if you are not satisfied with your items for any reason, we will gladly provide a full merchandise refund for your order - within 30 days of original receipt. Charm'd Kids, Mad Boy and Barn Organics will replace or issue an on-line credit if your return is after 30 days and there is no receipt. Sorry we cannot accept returns on any sale items, these are ALL final sales.
What forms of payment are accepted for on line purchases?
We accept Visa and Master Card and charm'd kids, mad boy and barn organics gift cards.
Can I send items as gifts?
For Charm'd Kids we offer a crisp white glossy paper with a wide hot pink satin ribbon and a pink and white gift card with envelope.
For Mad Boy we offer a coco brown matte paper with a powder blue cotton ribbon and a blue and white gift card with envelope.
For Barn Organics we offer a recycled creme paper with a sage and chocolate straw ribbon, all environmentally friendly, along with a recycled organic cotton gift card.
The additional cost for this option is $4.95 per item for Charm'd Kids and Mad Boy and $6.95 per item for Barn Organics
We also offer Charm'd Kids, Mad Boy and Barn Organics gift cards and all gift card orders over $100.00 will receive free shipping.
What is the recommended size to order for a new born baby gift?
If you want a "take home from the hospital" outfit, we recommend a 3m size. If the baby is already born and you want to give a general gift, we recommend a 12m size.
If the baby is not born and you do not know the sex yet and want to give a gift, we recommend a gift card.
Do your clothes run big? small? true to size?
Our clothes run on the small size our styles are more fitted in design and are not full size cuts. We always recommend to go up a size when ordering.
Will my clothing item shrink? Should I order a larger size to allow for shrinkage?
All of our products are made from the finest cottons, lycras and poplin's. We recommend that all of our products should be washed on the gentle cycle and ribbons should be removed prior to washing (if possible). None of our products should be put in the dryer on high heat, they should be line dryed or light delicate or tumble dry cycle. If the care instructions are followed correctly you shouldn’tt have any shrinkage problems.
